A Leader with Purpose
Philip Kofi Tutu was born in Sehwi Dwenanse, but hails from Mpohor all in the Western part of Ghana. He holds a BA in Theology and Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies. A Pastor, Teacher, Missionary and Leadership Development Trainer. He and his wife Janet started ICM Ghana in 2005, and continues to serve at the Executive Director. He is known by people as Rev Tutu – a passionate, an encourager, a friend and a visionary leader.

A Trainer of Leaders
For the past 16 years working in partnership with EQUIP, Purpose Driven Ministries, Walk Thru the Bible, Global Leadership Network and Teach Every Nation, He has led ICM Ghana influencing and impacting thousands and thousands of leaders in Ghana, and many Africa countries. He believes that if you Change a Leader, you change a Church that Church will change a Community, and if communities change, they will change a Country.
A Leader With A Heart For The Next Generation,
Since founding ICM Ghana in 2005, Rev Tutu made it goal to invest in the next generation. He has mentored and sponsored many young people to receive leadership training. Two years ago he launched the PD PEACE Learning Centers – To Educate the Next Generation, with Library in communities across Ghana. A vision to establish a thousand learning centers – educated society is the hope of a nation.
